How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the link . Navigate to "Registered Customers" and a link to "Forgot your password?" will appear. You will be prompted to enter your email address to assist with the reset. Please check your spam folder in case emails are routed to spam.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we are fast!). Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.
Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

How to tracking my order?

After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, you can check the delivery status by the tracking number at https://www.17track.net/en.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Who pays for shipping on returns?

1. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so that we can solve the problem. We want every purchase to be exactly as expected and promised. For returns in this case, we will pay for return shipping.
2. If the product is in good condition, but you don't like it or the size is wrong and you want to return it, the postage needs to be borne by you.
How long does it take to receive a refund?

The refund will be back to your paypal account within 24 hours, if you paid with debit- or credit card, you can get the money back to your account within 3-15 working days. It depends on the processing time of your bank.

What if my promo code doesn't work?

Promotional codes only apply to all items in the order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or sales. Promotional codes do not apply to gift cards.
